Deep Integration

A Deep Integration session is an extended, depth-oriented session designed to explore the roots of long-standing patterns, emotional responses, or inner conflicts.

Sessions usually begin with reflective dialogue, before moving into a gently guided, relaxed state that supports focused inner exploration. This state is light and interactive — you remain present and able to speak throughout — and the session naturally moves between conversation and guided inner awareness as different experiences are explored.

Earlier or formative moments may be visited, including childhood experiences that continue to influence present-day responses. The work then focuses on inner child and parts-informed exploration, offering space to relate to these younger aspects of self with care, compassion, and curiosity.

Somatic awareness and subtle integrative techniques may be included to support a sense of resolution and coherence. The session closes with time for integration, helping bring earlier experiences into connection with present-day awareness.

A personalised self-hypnosis recording can be offered to support continued reflection and integration between sessions.
