I am a mother of two, originally from New Zealand and now based in Biot in the South of France. My path into supporting others has been shaped not only by my training, but also by my own lived experiences and challenges. Facing these moments in my life, as well as witnessing the struggles of those around me, inspired a deep commitment to understand the processes of healing and resilience. This is what led me to years of study and practice so that I could accompany others on their own journeys toward balance, wholeness, and growth.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change is most effective when it is rooted in a genuine, empathetic relationship. I see each client as a unique individual with their own inner wisdom, story, and rhythm. The first sessions together are dedicated to building trust and rapport—laying the foundation for a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My role is not to “fix” or impose solutions, but to walk alongside you, offering guidance, presence, and tools while you uncover your own capacity for healing.
My approach is person-centred. This means I hold the perspective that you are the expert of your own experience—you know, even if it feels hidden or unreachable at times, what you feel, what you need, and what matters most to you. I honour that knowledge, and I support you in reconnecting with it. Rather than directing you, I help you to explore, discover, and make sense of your inner world in a way that feels safe and empowering. Over time, this process strengthens self-trust, deepens resilience, and makes it easier to navigate life with more confidence and flexibility.
An important part of my work involves listening to the wisdom of the body. Our nervous system carries the imprint of stress and trauma, and when survival responses—fight, flight and freeze—are left incomplete, they can leave behind tension, emotional residue, and patterns that keep us stuck. By bringing gentle awareness to the body, I support my clients in releasing stored energy, resolving unfinished responses, and creating space for balance, flow, and renewed vitality.

To do this, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based and integrative approaches, so that sessions can be tailored to each person’s needs. By combining modalities that address both body and mind, and by including practices that work with subtle energy, I aim to create harmony across the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of your being. In this way, the work is holistic, adaptive, and always centred on supporting you in your unique process of healing and self-discovery.
