Integrative Flow

Integrative Flow is a flexible, person-centred approach to wellbeing that draws from a range of body- and mind-based ways of working. Sessions are shaped around the individual and may include reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, gentle guided relaxation, or other integrative practices such as EFT-informed approaches, depending on what feels most supportive and relevant in the moment.

Rather than applying a fixed structure or single method, this approach adapts to what is present and emerging during each session. Attention may move between thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and patterns of experience, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels steady and grounded, with space for exploration and reflection as needed.

Sessions are collaborative and adaptive, and no single technique is used in every session.
