What to Expect When Working Together

Your First Session
Our first session focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. We’ll explore what has brought you here, your goals, and what feels important for you at this stage. This is also a time to begin building trust and understanding how we might work together in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for you.
How many sessions will I need?

There’s no fixed timeline. Some people notice meaningful shifts within a few sessions, while others choose to work together over a longer period to allow for deeper exploration and integration. I generally recommend beginning with a minimum of three sessions, as this allows time to build rapport, understand patterns, and support continuity in the work.

How is the approach tailored?
After our initial sessions, we’ll reflect together on which approaches may feel most supportive for you. These may include hypnotherapy-informed work, EFT, somatic-based approaches, or other integrative methods. Rather than following a fixed programme, sessions are adapted to your needs, pace, and preferences, with the focus on supporting self-awareness, regulation, and integration.
Do you offer reduced-fee sessions?

Yes — a limited number of reduced-fee sessions are available for students or those experiencing financial difficulty. Please feel free to enquire.

Are sessions online or in person?

Most sessions are offered online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
In-person sessions may be available by arrangement, depending on availability.
Please note that Reiki and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy are in-person only, as these are hands-on practices.

How long is each session?

Session length varies depending on the type of support and session format. Most sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes. Longer sessions are available for extended or deep-dive work where additional time supports pacing and integration.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the time to be offered to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged.

Is what I share confidential?
Yes — confidentiality is an essential part of this work. Everything you share is treated with care and discretion, within the ethical and legal limits of my practice.
How do I know where to begin?
You don’t need to decide in advance. Sessions are collaborative, and we’ll explore together what feels most supportive for you. A free discovery call is also available if you would like to ask questions before beginning.
Do you suggest practices between sessions?
Sometimes. Where appropriate, I may suggest gentle reflective practices or exercises to support integration between sessions. These are always optional and intended to support awareness rather than create pressure or obligation.

Important note

The support offered through Integrative Flow is non-medical and therapy-informed. It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, please seek support from a qualified medical professional or emergency services.

If you're curious about how we can work together, I'd like to invite you to a free discovery call. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we're a good fit for each other.
